Q1. Where Are You Located?
We are Nomads, just like most of our customers. We work from our campsites or home bases around the United States. Visit the "Were are We" page for our current location and expected schedule.
Q2. Do you have a physical location?
We do not have a physical location or address. All of our scheduling and communication is done electronically via our website and text message.
Q3. How long is your wait time?
Because we are mobile and don't have a normal schedule, we only take jobs that we can do right away. We will let you know what we have for openings and you can decide if it works for you. We typically don't schedule anything more then a week out.
Q4. What if I just have a question?
We offer remote support also! This is a flat rate service, you submit your question, we try to answer it, we can even do video calls to walk you through tasks or gather more details.
